Shipping policy

All outdoor tent orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Tents are bulky items; shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimension and weight. Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders over $99.

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, while expedited shipping takes 2–4 business days with extra fees. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info, which may take up to 48 hours to activate.

We support international shipments. Buyers are fully responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local clearance fees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection. Please inspect packages upon receipt. If tents arrive damaged or missing parts, contact us within 7 days with photos of packaging and defects. We do not cover damage reported after this window.
